Yeast Quantitative Proteomics Analysis
Quantitative Proteomics is one of the most important applications in the field of proteomics research. Through quantitative proteomics technology, all proteins expressed in a genome or all proteins in a complex mixed system can be accurately identified and quantified. It can be used to screen and find differentially expressed proteins between samples caused by any factor, and combine bioinformatics to reveal functions such as cell physiology and pathology.
Quantitative proteomics technologies based on mass spectrometry detection technology can be divided into two categories according to whether they are labeled: non-labeled quantitative technologies (including label-free and DIA), and labeled quantitative technologies (including TMT and iTRAQ).
According to the data acquisition mode, it is divided into a data-dependent acquisition (DDA, including Label-free, TMT / iTRAQ) and a data-independent acquisition (DIA).
