Yeast Untargeted Metabolomics Analysis
Untargeted metabolomics of yeast uses LC-MS, GC-MS, and NMR technologies to unbiasedly detect the dynamic changes of all small molecular metabolites (mainly refers to endogenous small molecule compounds with relative molecular mass within 1000 Da) in yeast cells before and after stimulation / disturbance. First, perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of metabolites before and after stimulation/disturbance, and compare the differences of metabolites between different samples. Then, the significant difference metabolites with important biological significance between different groups were screened out. The purpose is mainly to screen differential metabolites through bio-information analysis, and then conduct pathway analysis of differential metabolites to reveal the physiological mechanism of their changes.

Please put the sample in a 1.5 ml tube, indicate the name, concentration and preparation time of the sample on the tube, and seal the tube with parafilm. Before shipping, fix all sample tubes in 50 ml centrifuge tubes with caps and ship them on dry ice.
