Yeast RRBS Analysis
Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing (RRBS) is an accurate, efficient and economical method for DNA methylation research. It enriches the promoter and CpG island regions by enzyme digestion and performs Bisulfite sequencing. This achieves high resolution of DNA methylation status detection and high utilization of sequencing data.
DNA methylation research has always been a hotspot in disease research and is closely related to gene expression and phenotypic traits. As a cost-effective method for methylation research, RRBS has a wide range of applications in the study of large-scale clinical samples. Using RRBS can realize the comparative genomic analysis of multiple samples.
