Whole Transcriptome Sequencing and Analysis Service of Yeast
Yeast, as a widely used model organism, provides a convenient experimental system for higher eukaryotes, and is of great significance to food, medicine and industrial production. The current research on yeast-encoding genes is more in-depth and extensive, but its comprehensive three-dimensional regulation research is still in its infancy.
High-throughput sequencing of whole transcriptome, adopting ribosomal chain-specific library construction method and small fragment enrichment screening library construction method, which can realize the library construction, sequencing, information analysis and joint analysis of coding RNA and non-coding RNA, so as to quickly get comprehensive and accurate information about all RNA transcripts involved in specific biological processes (such as development, disease, etc.). This research extends the study of regulatory mechanisms to the three-dimensional model of the "line-surface-net" combination, which is helpful for a relatively comprehensive interpretation of biological phenomena.

Sample requirements
- Total RNA ≥ 15 μg, concentration ≥ 100 ng / μl, RIN ≥ 7.5
Please put the sample in a 1.5 ml tube, indicate the name, concentration and preparation time of the sample on the tube, and seal the tube with parafilm. Before shipping, fix all sample tubes in 50 ml centrifuge tubes with caps and ship them on dry ice.
Sequencing strategy
- Two library sequencing: LncRNA-Seq + Small RNA
- Three library sequencing: LncRNA-Seq+ Small RNA+ CircRNA
The above two modes can also realize large RNA and small RNA interaction network analysis, as well as endogenous competitive RNA identification and network analysis.
