Sample requirements

  • Total RNA ≥ 15 μg, concentration ≥ 100 ng / μl, RIN ≥ 7.5

Please put the sample in a 1.5 ml tube, indicate the name, concentration and preparation time of the sample on the tube, and seal the tube with parafilm. Before shipping, fix all sample tubes in 50 ml centrifuge tubes with caps and ship them on dry ice.

Sequencing strategy

  • Two library sequencing: LncRNA-Seq + Small RNA
  • Three library sequencing: LncRNA-Seq+ Small RNA+ CircRNA

The above two modes can also realize large RNA and small RNA interaction network analysis, as well as endogenous competitive RNA identification and network analysis.
