LncRNA Sequencing and Analysis Service of Yeast
Yeast, as a widely used model organism, is of great significance to food, medicine and industrial production. At present, the research on yeast coding genes is more in-depth and extensive, but the research on lncRNA is still in its infancy.
Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) is a non-coding RNA with unique regulatory functions that has attracted widespread attention in recent years. The length of LncRNA is more than 200 nt, does not code for protein, and has poor conservation among species. Some sequence structures are similar to mRNA (containing polyA tails and variable splicing), while others do not have these characteristics. Studies have shown that lncRNA plays an important role in many life activities such as dosage compensation effect, epigenetic regulation, cell cycle regulation and cell differentiation regulation, and has become a research hotspot in genetics.

Sample requirements
- Total RNA ≥ 10 μg (concentration ≥ 300 ng/μl, OD 260 / 280 =1.8~2.2, OD 260 / 230 ≥ 2.0, RIN ≥ 7.0, 28S:18S ≥1.0)
Please put the sample in a 1.5 ml tube, indicate the name, concentration and preparation time of the sample on the tube, and seal the tube with parafilm. Before shipping, fix all sample tubes in 50 ml centrifuge tubes with caps and ship them on dry ice.
