Genomic Yeast Two-Hybrid (Y2H) Service
The yeast two-hybrid system is carried out in the eukaryotic model organism-yeast. It studies protein interactions in living cells, and the weak and instantaneous effects on proteins can also be sensitively detected by the expression products of reporter genes. It is a highly sensitive technique for studying the relationship between proteins. A large number of research documents have shown that the yeast two-hybrid technique can be used to study the interaction between the proteins encoded by the mammalian genomes, and it can also be used to study the interactions between the proteins encoded by the genomes of higher plants.
