Circular RNA (circRNA) is a special type of non-coding RNA molecule, and it is also the latest research hotspot in the RNA field. Sample requirements
- Total RNA ≥ 15 μg, concentration ≥ 100 ng / μl, RIN ≥ 7.5
Please put the sample in a 1.5 ml tube, indicate the name, concentration and preparation time of the sample on the tube, and seal the tube with parafilm. Before shipping, fix all sample tubes in 50 ml centrifuge tubes with caps and ship them on dry ice.
